About Jalen Evers-Threatt

My name is Jalen Evers-Threatt, and I am a Bay Area native with a deep-rooted appreciation for mentorship and leadership. Growing up, I was guided by the principles of coaching and personal development, having been mentored by my grandfather and father in sports from the age of 5 through high school. My mother’s career as a dedicated teacher further shaped my understanding of mentorship, not just in sports but across all areas of life.Inspired by my background in sports coaching and my mother's educational career, I have charted my own path in coaching, personal training, entrepreneurship, communications, and personal development. I completed a Business Development course called BOLD (Business Objective, Life by Design), which refined my entrepreneurial skills and deepened my understanding of business strategy and personal growth. This experience has significantly influenced my approach to professional development and strategic planning.In addition, I received certification as a Sales Development Representative through a comprehensive sales development bootcamp. This training enhanced my sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and sales strategy. The combination of my BOLD course and sales development certification has provided me with a knowledgeable foundation in entrepreneurial and sales disciplines, shaping my ability to drive business success and personal growth.My academic background in communications and psychology, coupled with insights from educators such as Eric Thomas, Robert Greene, and Jordan Peterson, has allowed me to assess and process experiences effectively. This foundation has enabled me to continuously realign my purpose and pursue growth and excel in work in youth development between coaching, coordinating, behavioral tech, in the BUSD & PUSD. In addition to my educational and coaching experience, I have developed expertise in entrepreneurship, social media management, and marketing. My hands-on experience in social media management and marketing strategies has equipped me with the skills to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. I am adept at leveraging digital platforms to create impactful marketing campaigns and foster business growth.With my extensive background and passion for personal development, I am excited about opportunities to contribute to dynamic teams in roles such as Marketing Assistant, HR Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, Office Manager, or Program Coordinator. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my skills and experiences to make a meaningful impact in these fields.
