As an Out of Home Care Specialist with Family Partnerships of Central Florida, I am deeply committed to the safety, stability, and long-term well-being of children in foster care. Every day, I work to ensure children are placed in nurturing environments while helping families navigate the path to reunification or permanency.With a strong foundation in child welfare case management, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to supporting vulnerable youth. I’ve served in multiple roles, including Youth Success Specialist and Case Manager, each reinforcing my belief in the power of compassionate, consistent, and collaborative care.I’m passionate about growing in this field — through leadership, advanced training, and contributing to meaningful reform that centers the needs of children and families.
