Growing up in a world that constantly challenged my sense of belonging, I've committed to creating a society where diversity is not just embraced but valued as our greatest strength. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep-rooted passion for social change, knowing that the true key to success is based on what I can do for others. Across my professional roles and various community initiatives, I actively develop strategies that promote cultural awareness, drive systemic change, and build strong, inclusive communities. While serving in these positions, I have had the opportunity to manage large accounts and media campaigns for clients across diverse sectors, including non-profit, fintech, international affairs, consumer goods, and mining. A significant part of my work has involved advocating for and implementing DE & I strategies, driving equality and innovation in various organisational settings. I am a firm believer in the power of DE & I as a catalyst for growth and creating spaces where every voice is heard and valued. As such, I actively participate in speaking engagements and panel discussions to share my insights and learn from others in the field. Currently, as an Early Careers Outreach Ambassador with NoTurningBack2020, I have the privilege of presenting to educational institutions across the UK, where I serve as a role model for youth. It's in these moments, whether through sport initiatives, panel discussions or local community work, that I find the most fulfillment. I look forward to connecting with individuals and organisations who share my vision for change in shaping a more inclusive world for all communities.
