About Jamal Fida

I have experience in international and national organizations managing projects such as inclusive society, livelihood resilience, adolescent skills & vocational, disaster risk management, environmental and wildlife conservation, including building resilience for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). I have also worked on government development planning and involved in emergency response, recovery, rehabilitation, and reconstruction in areas affected by disasters. All of these projects were initiated to connect and strengthen communities, women, and stakeholders in sustainable development programs. Overall, the projects have been implemented in several provinces and districts across Indonesia. My management style is participatory, responsive, and adopts a partnership approach that respects existing strengths, values local knowledge, and integrates multiple components of the projects. I have experience building and maintaining relationships and networks with partners and stakeholders. I also have experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and managing programs funded by a variety of donors, including foundations, bilateral donors, and companies. Let’s Connect.
