About Jamal Hadley

Construction Manager with 5 years of experience overseeing construction projects from start to finish. I spent the earliest portion of my career site supervising multimillion dollar interior renovations in NYC. My work there promoted me to project manager where I managed and oversaw the completion of multiple floor renovations and Mechanical upgrades for a Historical building in NYC. After moving back to my hometown Augusta, GA, I worked with a property management group to oversee 60+home renovations active throughout Augusta and Colombia. I am also in my first year of Head Coaching Rugby which I have the privilege of doing for the Augusta Rugby Team. I started with Augusta Rugby in 2010 when I was still in high school. I was one of the first high school rugby players in the state of Georgia to receive a scholarship for rugby. During my time at American International College, we won 3 conference championships, 2 ACRC Bowl games, and at various time were ranked the #1 15's team in D1AA per Goff Rugby Report. My personal Accolades included 1 2nd team all conference, and 3 1st team all conferences in my 5 years at college. After College, I spent 5 years playing for Old Blue RFC in NYC where I was an immediate starter and would continue to be for all of my tenure. During that time the team won 2 Elite Cup Championships and was a dominate competitor in the American Rugby Premiership. I also had a brief stint with Rugby United New York during their inaugural season. I am now back in Georgia looking to keep growing the game that has provided me many opportunities.
