I have extensive entrepreneurial experience being a consensus builder for multiple stakeholders, which included working in tandem with Private, Public, State, Local and Federal Agencies such as NJDCA, DPMC, US EPA on high-value and high-profile projects. I am always seeking to advance professionally in Construction Contract Administration and Construction Management opportunities with a strong emphasis on Green & Sustainable projects.With over 30+ years in this industry, I am very well aware of the demands and the ever-changing mandates, regulations, paperwork, stakeholder expectations, coordination, and project team wrangling involved in construction contract administration and project management. The time necessary to establish, oversee and document project delivery standards is substantial, to say the least. But with innovative methods, newer technologies, and hard-learned life lessons, I have consistently been able to streamline and manage complicated workflows to increase efficiency ending with properly documented project closeouts. Continuing education as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) is also an imperative of mine, so I hold and maintain a number of national and international accreditations, certifications, and licenses in the building sciences, construction documentation, and construction sustainability.As a Technical/Trade/Creative Professional, I am definitely not typical nor traditional but rather a prototype of what the near future will require of professionals in our industry; the technical know-how to coordinate and execute complex projects, the real-world tradecraft to take a concept and make it real in the built environment, and the creativity to envision not just the project but insight into the means and methods of addressing or mitigating issues that were not even imagined by others. I have enjoyed many opportunities to work with Owners, Constructors, and A/E Design teams as their representatives. There is much I have learned from them and also there is much I have been able to impart. I promote and practice the success-driven concepts of collaboration and synergism, as a matter of course.
