I am a Customer Service professional experienced in the retail, marketing, and hospitality industries I have over 5+ years experience with hotels and 3+ years with retail consisting mostly of supervisory or management positions. I have great charisma, communication, and relation skills with guests/customers which makes it easier to suit their needs/concerns.I am currently employed with Geico as an Auto Damage Claims Adjuster, working in the field and remote. When it comes to working everyday i look at it as a fresh start to learn something new and be a better me than i was yesterday. I love engaging with customers about their everyday lifestyles to make the experience personal and make and present, and future transactions comfortable for both myself and my customers. I also enjoy brightening up the atmosphere of any workplace. I believe an unhappy workplace is an unproductive one. My educational experience consists of hotel and resort business management, and automotive technician. I currently use my hospitality skills learned in all fields of work, because it is very important how you treat your guests/customers.
