About Jamar Nutter

American music industry executive. I have been actively involved in hip hop/R&B and Sports worked with various labels and agencies to bring in talented artist and players for more than five years. I started by managing rappers for Van & Stuy Music, I’m at the present moment taking on a major leadership role at Van & Stuy Music Group. Global Thought Leaders! As a Basketball Athlete, I attended Seton Hall University where I was coached by Louis Orr (who played for the New York Knicks 1982-1988) and Bobby Gonzalez. I Graduated in 2008 with a B.A in Design and visual Communications. I started my Professional Career playing Internationally in September of 2008 in Denmark with the Bakken Bears. December of 2008 I transferred teams and joined SVD Dortmund in Germany. September 2009 I joined Cader In Uruguay 1st Division LUB league. January 2010 I got a contract from A.S.S. Sale in North Africa, Morocco where my team had a great year. We won two tournament Championships and won the Morocco League Championship. September 2010 signed with Valdivia in Chile. Due to an injury, I left in November. December 2010 after Rehab I got a contract from Centro in Dominican Republic to play in a local city tournament in Higuey, Dominican Republic where I assisted Centro to win their first Championship in 10 years. I returned Back to Germany in August 2011 inking a contract with USC Frieburg, who played in the 2nd division German League (Pro A). September 2012 I signed with Club Welcome in Montevideo, Uruguay 1st league (LUB). After playing in Uruguay in 2012. I did not receive a contract for 2013. I stayed in shape and ready in case I got a call to join a team, if the right opportunity comes along to join a organization overseas playing I am definitely interested because I am not ready to walk away from the game of basketball as of now. I am willing to make the transition from playing Professional basketball to working in the business world or coaching, if the right situation and opportunity presents itself. I am ready to join a company or coaching staff that will except my hard working, team-oriented, attentive, quick learning, organized, and passionate skills. I love sports, sports apparel and footwear, designing, and using my creative/strategic mindset to come up with great ideas!
