About Jamari Sharp

Jamari Sharp is a dynamic entrepreneur, author, non-profit founder, and United States Air Force veteran dedicated to community enrichment and economic empowerment. As the founder of Changing the Narrative Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Jamari works to Empower, Educate, and Expose youth and young adults to the tools and soft skills they need to succeed in their careers and lives. During his honorable eight years of military service, Jamari managed large-scale government contracts and has had the opportunity to serve all around the world, in state side and contingency locations, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational expertise. Currently, he serves as a Third Party Relationship Manager, specializing in acquisitions, ongoing monitoring, risk management, and supporting the business in third party decision making. In addition to his professional achievements, Jamari is pursuing a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management at UNC Charlotte while working to expand his New Orleans-styled dessert business, BAM! Snoballs, to new areas. A visionary leader with a passion for youth development and entrepreneurship, Jamari is committed to creating meaningful change and building a stronger community.
