With a solid foundation in military leadership, holistic health & fitness, teaching and coaching, I am eager to bring my unique skill set to efficiently manage processes and contribute to the success of an organization. I bring a wealth of experience that is transferable across various domains. My skill set encompasses continuous learning, physical fitness assessment, curriculum development, creative problem-solving, cross-functional team leadership, coaching, mentoring, strategic planning, resiliency training, and data analysis/documentation. During my tenure as a military officer, I successfully led over 100 soldiers in law enforcement and combat operations. I orchestrated numerous tactical operations, deployment operations, and developed comprehensive Physical Training programs. In my Holistic Health & Fitness internship at Joint Base Lewis McChord, I assessed physical fitness, nutritional needs, and overall well-being. Crafting personalized programs, I integrated exercise routines and resilience-building strategies, providing hands-on training in proper exercise techniques and injury prevention—an experience invaluable for leadership roles in sports education. As a Teacher/Athletic Coach (Assistant Football Coach) at Holmes County Consolidated School District, I designed and delivered dynamic lesson plans, integrating innovative teaching methods to enhance student comprehension and participation. Leading the development and training of student-athletes, I emphasized skill acquisition, teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness—a foundation for effective sports educational leadership. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Sports Management from Jackson State University (Spring 2023), a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Jackson State University (Fall 2017), and an Associates of Arts in General Studies from Northwest Community College (Spring 2015).
