About Jameel Farhat

With over ten years of experience in health and safety management, I am passionate about creating a safe and productive work environment for various industries. As the Health and Safety Manager at Red Sea Global, a leading manufacturing company, I oversee the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments and audits, and ensure compliance with local and international standards. I also collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to identify and resolve health and safety issues, and provide training and coaching to staff and contractors. Previously, I was the Health and Safety Lead at Jeddah Central Development, a major urban development project, where I supervised and coordinated the health and safety activities of multiple contractors and subcontractors, and ensured the timely completion of the project without any major incidents. Before that, I was the Health and Safety Coordinator at Aramco, the world's largest oil company, where I supported the operation excellence team in delivering high-quality oil facilities projects. I have a bachelor's degree from King AbdulAziz University, and I am certified by NEBOSH, the leading global organization for health and safety professionals. I have strong skills in manufacturing process improvement, workplace safety, industrial safety, and communication. I am motivated by the mission of improving the health and safety performance and culture of any organization I work with, and I value teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning. I am fluent in English and Arabic, and I am eager to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to any new challenge.
