About Jamel Allen

As a Project Engineer/ Scrum Master at Jacobs, I manage large-scale Agile projects using the SAFe Scrum Framework and DevSecOps methodologies for the U.S. Space Force, Space Defense. With over 21 years of extensive experience in elite Army organizations and an active clearance, I have a strong background in technical solutions, project management, team building, and problem analysis and solving with empathy. I collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative solutions, such as Virtual Cloud Foundations, Software Modernization, and implementation of DMZ. I orchestrate the efforts of five service delivery teams, overseeing the application of various project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. I also assist with physical and logistical tasks in a military partnership setting, including international travel and handling of technical equipment. I am passionate about improving my knowledge and expertise through continued development, and I hold multiple certifications in Scrum, Agile, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Linux. My goal is to deliver high-quality results that enable and empower the Space Defense mission and vision.
