With 6 years of sales experience and 9 years in management and operations, I bring a grounded business lens to every wellness experience I create. My background includes software sales, enterprise-level client relations, and branch operations—skills that now support my ability to scale thoughtful, emotionally intelligent wellness programs across communities and organizations. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve guided 1,400+ individuals through holistic workshops that blend Reiki, sound therapy, creative integration, and somatic tools to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and authentic connection. My trauma training includes a 6-month advanced track led by Dr. Ruth Lanius, where I studied under 30+ global experts in PTSD, complex trauma, and somatic integration. With over 630 hours of facilitation and features on OWN, NBC, The Dallas Weekly, and more—I specialize in designing regenerative spaces that feel good and do good. Whether it’s a late-night sound bath, a workplace wellness residency, or a self-discovery workshop, my goal is simple: to help people return to their bodies, their breath, and each other.
