Ted Talk International presenter.[Ted.com] James A. White Sr. is a Senior Master Training Management Consultant and Executive Coach. He is also owner and operator of Performance Consulting Services, a business performance training, development and consulting firm in Columbus, Ohio. With over 25 years of corporate, education, and government experience, White is committed to the training and development of individuals, groups and organizations. White believes, once you put your mind to it—with the appropriate tools, skills and development—you can overcome any of life’s many challenges. As a 17-year-old high school drop out with dyslexia, White managed to overcome inner city challenges and receive his G.E.D, while serving his country as an Air Policeman and Top Security Draftsman in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Capital University with his Bachelors Degree in Sociology, and acquired the majority of the needed hours toward his joint Masters Degree in Social Work and Cities and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. White has acquired numerous corporate certifications in Training Delivery in over 30 corporate training programs/initiatives. To date, White has successfully trained more than thousand people, accumulating tens of thousands of hours of platform delivery experience in corporate, federal, state and city government classroom environments. White has inspired people of all races, genders and backgrounds to take the steps necessary to advance to their level of awareness, consciousness, and personal and professional integrity. He truly believes true success, for America can only be achieved through mutually and shared collectiveness—a chain can only be as strong as its weakest link. The success of America lies in the hands of each individual citizen's ability to assess his or her own skill set, set aggressive attainable goals and finally identify the resources necessary to achieve them.
