Throughout my career in the medical device industry, I have consistently well managed and grown a book of business. As a Cataract Account Manager in our surgical business unit, I was involved with more than cataract procedures. My consultative approach helped surgeons and staff improve their techniques in order to provide patients with better outcomes. By demonstrating an understanding of the needs of my customer, I developed long-term customer commitment and sales growth. Currently, as a National Accounts Manager, I work closely with Regional V.P’s for our corporate GPO’s in order to drive product utilization with existing contracts. I have strong interpersonal skills that allow me to work cross-functionally with legal, finance and contracting teams to develop and execute new business programs and drive sales based on strategic initiatives. I am also involved with field coaching in order to help our field sales representatives find new opportunities for revenue growth and increase territory effectiveness.
