I am the President of Just Home Appraisals. Just Home Appraisals is a residential real estate appraisal company who handles all residential appraisals regardless of complexity. I am currently a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and specialize in assisting clients with residential real estate transactions. I am also a partner in both JAA RE Investing, LLC and J&J Real Estate, LLC who specialize in the purchase of residential real estate for renovation, resale, and/or rentals. I also have an extensive background in residential remodeling and home improvements. I am a member of the Carroll County Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Appraisers, Center for Responsible Appraisals and Valuations, Manchester Area Merchants Association, and Appraisers Advisory Group. Together with my training, background, and market experience I can provide a wide range of real estate services to my clients. I put my clients first and provide the best services possible.
