James L. Anhaiser – Mr. Anhaiser is an Oil & Gas Engineering Consultant that evaluates, engineers, develops and manages production and operations primarily in Mature-Legacy Fields. As Executive Vice President at Rockdale Marcellus, LLC & Rockdale Energy, LLC, he was part of the original team that evaluated and successfully acquired four assets including South Texas (Wilcox) & Marcellus assets along with drilling capital. He identified production opportunities in South Texas that resulted in a 30% increase in production (finding cost $0.03/MCF). In the Pennsylvania Marcellus asset, he managed a technical team that achieved the successful drilling, completion, fracture stimulation of 12 horizontal wells in 20 months increasing production 275% & reserve base 250%. As Senior Vice President of Operations at WCX Energy,LLC, he initiated field studies increasing the 3rd party reserve report 3x, reduced lifting cost by and improved run time. Prior to Goldking/WCX, Mr. Anhaiser worked for Sabco Oil & Gas as Production Operations Manager increasing production and reducing LOE in mature fields. Prior to Sabco, Mr. Anhaiser Worked at Hilcorp Energy Company from 1993 to 2007 performing many roles in engineering and operations in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi & Alabama as the Company grew to become one of the largest private E&P companies in the US. Prior to Hilcorp, Mr. Anhaiser worked for the Institute of Gas Technology as a field petroleum engineer on a team developing many of the production and operational techniques that were instituted successfully at Hilcorp Energy Company beginning in 1993. Mr. Anhaiser graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and received his M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston.
