A real estate industry veteran and broker of many years, James has developed a holistic approach to business and life firmly grounded in personal and professional development. An accomplished salesperson in his own right, James has focused his gifts in leadership, education, and inspiration for the past 20 years as a manager in the coaching and mentoring of real estate salespeople in their quest to be peak performers. James’ coaching acumen was honed in the raising of four adult children, all of whom played competitive sports at the collegiate level, two on scholarship, and one of whom qualified for the 2004 Olympic Trials in Track & Field in the 800 meters. He also had the privilege of coaching Track & Field and Cross Country at Damien High School. That same competitive spirit and skill set has enabled James to excel in making a qualitative difference in the lives of countless real estate salespeople, thereby creating a virtual throng of zealous advocates and fans.
