About James Armstrong

I am in my third year of studying for a Bachelor of Engineering (with honours) majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Besides my studies, I am an avid graphic designer, where I do freelance promotional work and character design. I grew up in Tauranga, New Zealand, and now study and work in Auckland, New Zealand. My most outstanding achievement thus far is my ability to produce high-quality work and grades in school while maintaining excellent real-world connections. I am logical, analytical, creative, and outgoing with my previous work. Additionally, communication, critical thinking, punctuality, time management, dependability, reliability, and open-mindedness are all other traits I have developed along with my escapade through work and a school environment. Outside of my studies, I am a firm believer in side hustles, and I hope to one day start my own business in the NFT metaverse industry and a clothing brand for surfers in the clothing industry. I also love trying new food and learning new recipes wherever I can. I am intrigued by the aerospace and aviation industry. Developing and testing rockets at Rocket Lab and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory are all future goals of mine. I believe this industry has strong potential for interplanetary inhabitation technologies. Furthermore, it will help improve life on Earth, a value I feel compassionate about when working as an engineer.
