About James Armstrong

I know degrees and certifications and experience are important but alone they do not tell you who you will be doing business with. My objective in writing this summary as I have is to define how I think and act every day. If you consider working with me - you deserve the honesty. I do not use "razzle dazzle"- its an insult to anyone who is really listening and it discredits what I can really do. I try not to use phrases like "To be honest with you…" or "To tell you the truth…". If I have to tell you when I am being honest, what is going on the rest of the time? My Dad told me more than once "You can't buy a good name." and he practiced what he preached. Hoping some day my kids will say the same about me.I believe in the values in the Boy Scout Oath and Boy Scout Law - they set the bar high enough to be worthy of achieving. There are 13 values in the Law, the most important is Reverence. If you don’t have reverence for something beyond yourself, you wont achieve any of the others. I believe in the Creator and prayer (I do run a small business after all) but I dont believe in judging others - I am not qualified for the job. I pray that my team and I provide the services we commit to for our clients with the integrity and honesty that we owe them and ourselves, and, at the end of the day, we can pay our people and our bills and we will have done something worthy of the 1440 minutes that we spent.I prefer not be conventional or predictable - better to be lost on a new road than fall asleep behind the wheel on the same road I always take out of habit. Some of my best trips came out of being lost. However,I also know that my clients define where they want to go - sometimes the destination is the priority - not the journey.Cash is not the King - Time is. You only get to spend time once and you can't make it back once you lose it. I want time to be well spent first - money usually follows that anyway.
