As the Director of Recruiting, my focus is all about ensuring the delivery of qualified candidates to fulfill our clients’ needs. I lead a team of ten dedicated subject matter recruiting experts and work with them to create tailored placement success plans for our clients – both companies and job seekers. The work is always interesting with clients in need of talent ranging from HR, Finance, Administration, Accounting, and Customer Service to Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing and Production. The results have been rewarding with strong revenue, solid profitability and lasting client relationships despite a constantly changing market.
