At Bay Bridge Administrators as the EDI Coordinator, I set up and manage projects related to data feeds for insurance companies regarding employee benefit eligibility. I process data into usable information, maintain client relationships, and resolve differences as they arise. In addition to my work experience, I have a Master's degree in Human Services Administration with an emphasis on statistical research, professional communication skills, and human resources. Combined with my BA in Communications, I'm a powerhouse for managing and leading teams and projects, to take the department to the next level!
