As Founder and President of rareEarth Project Marketing, a fully licensed real estate brokerage, my teams have successfully sold over $2 billion in resort and multifamily residential homes throughout Greater Vancouver, Whistler, Okanagan, Vancouver Island, and various ski and warm weather resorts in the USA. I have led record-breaking, single-day sell outs of up to 250 homes worth over $150 million (Four Seasons Resort Whistler) and executed many successful tempo sales programs with a joint mandate to maximize revenue and sell out prior to building occupancy.I assemble and lead exceptional design, legal and sales teams to ensure our developer clients’ success. Helping resort and urban developer clients with strategic advice and defining saleable, profitable and market resilient product offerings are areas in which I excel. I love breaking new ground. I led the successful sale of the first multifamily Passive House development in BC, a 35 unit townhome community in North Vancouver. And in 2015, our sales team beta tested, provided real estate brokerage advice, and became Avesdo’s first project sales launch. Avesdo is now a leading transaction management software in Canada.I am also Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for EarthSong Communities Ltd. Its mandate is to work with like-minded partners to develop high functioning communities that foster a genuine sense of connection and fulfillment. We’re breaking some established models and perceived barriers, and we’re excited to bring much needed change to our communities. I treasure the oceans and forests of our pacific coastline. As part of my commitment to protect our planet, I am an active Board Member for BlueAct Marine Society, located in Gibsons, BC on the Sunshine Coast. BlueAct is the operator of the Nicholas Sonntag Tidepools Aquarium in Gibsons, BC. Our goal is to inspire and educate community members to feel a deep love and connection with our oceans, and become coastal stewards in our fight to preserve the beauty and wonder of our marine habitats.
