My Governance Experience:I am an experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director over 25 years’ experience as a Chair and NED, in a broad portfolio of sectors and organisational types. I am adept at leading and working on boards that are looking to deliver significant growth. My high-level experience in strategy development and capability building is underpinned by my approach to designing new business models and innovation strategies. As a director and advisor, I have supported private, family, founder and listed organisations tackle complex challenges and exploit market opportunities that strengthen competitive advantage and shape industry dynamics. With extensive experience in technology transformation, AI, data commercialisation, analytics and customer experience I have driven high levels of revenue growth and profitability uplift. My diverse experience, including as a senior executive and strategy consultant, has benefited many organisations due to my skill in framing challenges and opportunities in a way that enables boards and executive leaders to work collaboratively. Effective stakeholder engagement, as a Chair and director, has been a capability I have drawn on to drive mergers and acquisitions, and create change in go to market strategies and business model platforms.I currently Chair Good360 Australia and am a non-executive director of the Connective Group, TT Line and Melbourne Water. Previously I was Chair of Big4 Holiday Parks and Greening Australia, and a director of a number of private companies Vantage Strategy:I help leaders grow and develop, both their organisation and themselves.
