A tenacious and goal-oriented, self-starter who is most comfortable in a fast paced and ever changing environment. I view myself as self-reliant and seek my own solutions to problems that arise, while keeping my eyes on the "big picture." The ability to quickly respond to crisis or change, along with a persistent nature to complete jobs, grants me the ability to see immediate results. I add value to a team as a change agent, challenging the status quo, and always looking for faster and better ways to solve old problems or improve upon a process. Along with a creative approach to problem solving allows me to be a great problem solver and troubleshooter. I am able to add value to an organization using my competitive nature and ability to handle many activities to accomplish goals through people, as well as initiating activity making decisions with the "big picture" and bottom line in mind. I am a good mixer and have the ability to create connections with a wide array of people. I am also a licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina.
