I have more than six years of experience in the bus industry, and I am certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, OSHA-10, and High Voltage Vehicle Safety Systems. I lead a team of technicians and service advisors to deliver quality and timely services, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety compliance. My core competencies include personnel development, lean processes, problem solving, and attention to detail. I specialize in engine replacements and in-frame repairs for Cummins and John Deere engines, and I create estimates for aftermarket A/C installations using various products and brands. Before joining A-Z Bus Sales, I served in the U.S. Marines as a Heavy Engineer Equipment Mechanic and Operator, and I received a Meritorious Mass for my participation in a special response team assignment in Jordan.
