As an In-House Field Calibration Technician at Tektronix, I apply my 16 years of experience and education in electronics repair, maintenance, diagnostic, and programming to ensure the quality and accuracy of high value precision test and measurement equipment. I work as the lead technician in the General Purpose Electronics Section, where I independently train field service specialists on various types of equipment, such as electronic, physical, dimensional, and high voltage equipment. I also develop, submit, and manage standard operating procedures for customer specific equipment, tailoring them to their needs and specifications. I have a proven track record of delivering excellent service and results to high volume customers in the pharmaceutical, medical, and research sectors. Previously, I worked as a field service specialist at Integrated Service Solutions, where I was the liaison between the Centers for Disease Control and the company, maintaining over pieces of pharmaceutical equipment. I also managed the scheduling of 15+ clients in the South East Region, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance and calibration. Additionally, I have experience in servicing air filtration equipment, such as HEPA filtered devices, biological safety cabinets, clean benches, and clean rooms, at various facilities.
