Hello, I’m James Bawtree- I help executives deliver their strategic goals through digital transformation. I am a Chartered Project Professional, Strategic Advisor and Program/PMO Director, author of “The Strategy Implementation Gap”, Fellow of AIPM also Fellow of APM UK, Certified Change Manager, and Approved Axelos Trainer. I founded PMLogic to empower busy executives to sustainably deliver their strategies through the right projects done the right way, to: maximise your impact realise your strategic goals & ⏰give you back your valuable time. We've also developed a groundbreaking digital PMO product, Strategy Implementation Platform (SIP), used by some of the largest organisations in Australia.
