As an HR leader, I balance strategic vision with a hands-on approach, leading a talented HR team while actively rolling up my sleeves to deliver across all areas of HR.Reporting to the Managing Director, I lead across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, workforce planning, policy, compliance, talent development and organisational change, ensuring seamless support for every part of the business. My team and I support all employees, from the factory floor to senior management, across Rondanini (food manufacturing and import/export) and Salvo (food wholesale), driving HR initiatives that create real business value.As part of the senior leadership team, I work closely with directors and the board to shape people strategies that fuel growth, strengthen culture and enhance performance.
