Currently serving as Head of Voluntary Compliance at Valpak Ltd, I oversee the implementation of compliance systems for emerging markets, spearhead vape recycling solutions in the UK, and lead the development of global compliance services in textiles and Digital Product Passports. My role involves close collaboration with C-suite executives, industry leaders, and sustainability partners to shape the future of responsible waste management. Previously, as Head of Recycling Services, I directed high-performing teams in waste management, Zero Waste to Landfill certification, and voluntary EPR schemes. I have a strong track record in business development, operational efficiency, and driving innovation, ensuring compliance services not only meet but exceed industry standards. A firm believer in the urgent need for action against plastic pollution, I have contributed to initiatives tackling waste accumulation in some of the world’s most remote locations, including Henderson Island, a UNESCO-listed island in the South Pacific known for its pristine ecosystem—now severely impacted by marine plastic debris.
