Offering a comprehensive background supporting U.S. military operations in roles of increasing responsibility throughout a 15 year career in the US Air Force. During my career I have become an effective leader, communicator and problem solver who quickly masters new roles and technologies to achieve optimum results. I pride myself on being a great follower as much as I pride myself on being a great leader. My background includes 15+ years of supervision and managerial experience in two different career fields. As well as over 10+ years of human resource management experience in several human resource management positions. I am also an outgoing, detail-oriented, and self driven individual with a plethora of management and human resource experience. I am proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships and networks. One of my greatest attributes has been leading people in any type of workplace environment. Lastly, I take pride in being innovative and creative in all endeavors in life including starting successful companies that I create and manage in my free time.
