I'm a software engineer with 8 years of professional experience, specializing in backend development and building cloud-native, scalable applications. I hold a Diploma in Software Development but am largely self-taught - I've been writing code since age 13, starting with C and ARM Assembly to reverse-engineer and mod games. By 16, I had shifted toward web development, building my first websites. Over the years, I've worked across a variety of industries, including finance, online learning, and e-commerce. While backend development is my primary focus, I'm comfortable across the stack and have explored numerous frontend frameworks like Angular, React, and Vue.js. I primarily write Go and JavaScript/TypeScript in my spare time but enjoy dabbling in many languages and technologies. I also bring over 5 years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker, and I've been a daily Linux user for more than a decade - currently running NixOS as my main OS. I'm a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on building systems that streamline business processes and solve meaningful challenges. Passionate about productivity, I'm a dedicated command-line and Vim user, always looking for new ways to improve my workflow.
