As a copywriter with sales and luxury customer service experience, words are my tools, and passion is my drive. I am currently working for Ripple Copywriting and searching for a new long-term fundraising or luxury sales position. My previous copywriting role was the sole copywriter for luxury tea, coffee and hot chocolate specialists, Whittard of Chelsea. I created mouth watering copy for a varied audience by focusing on a wide range of copy formats from email to emails to taglines. Before working for Whittard of Chelsea, I set up my own copywriting agency during lockdown called Ripple Copywriting. I focused on building new client relationships and providing the best copy possible. I didn’t concentrate on one particular industry as I wanted to become familiar with as many as possible. I also have experience in luxury sales, working at Ernest Jones and Jo Malone London. These roles required me to build relationships with the customer whilst providing unrivalled customer service and superior product knowledge. Having sold products ranging from £160 to I listen to customers and emphasise the emotional connection with the product. I'm a team player and know the vital importance of both shop floor and stockrooms working together seamlessly. Outside work, I enjoy being outdoors, whether on long walks or shooting at the archery range. Being in the fresh air clears my mind and is a refreshing cleanse to free up mental space.
