Hello! Welcome to my profile. My name is James and here is a bit about myself. I have extensive experience working in the field of Information and Technology. Currently I am an IT Customer Support Analyst at KBR, Inc. where I utilize my advanced technology skills supporting tier 1 and tier 2 IT operations. I have acquired advanced troubleshooting techniques, experiences with enterprise level tools, virtualization server experience with Microsoft Azure, written powerful automation scripts, and provided one on one customer service that has helped hundreds of technology users across my career. I have a problem solver nature, and will tinker with most anything related to technology. I grew up in Maui, Hawaii and lived in Portland, OR for 6 years. I am a class of 2019 graduate from Portland State University, where I achieved a Bachelor of Science In Economics with a Minor in Business Administration. My major in Economics focused heavily on Evolutionary & Institutional Economics. My research and writing focused on the subjects of Cryptocurrency and Renewable energy technologies, one of which was published in the PSU working papers series and is listed on my profile.
