My success in part has come from my extensive culinary and operational experience. I originally started off operating Executive Kitchens for a series of chains including Moxie, Kelsey and then moved into the role of General Manager with Texas Star Steakhouse. This background has provided me with an in-depth understanding of my customers issue challenges and most importantly their needs from a consumers goods perspective. For the last 14 year, I have worked in progressively more senior roles for Nestle Professional and have consistently met or exceeded my yearly targets. A key role I have played is as part of the National Leadership Team assisting in the creation of a national operational strategic plan.I have a passion for analyzing business needs, negotiating contracts, evaluating customer requirements, and custom designing strategic solutions to complex issues. My strength has been my ability to create lasting relationships with customers that generated ongoing sales and repeat business.
