Since graduating as a Master of Engineering in 2005 I have worked in a number of different industry sectors. From these, I have gained a wide breadth of experience and skills. Over the last 7 years, I have specialised in Customer experience consultancy and market research working across a number of sectors but most prominently Telecoms. My passion is in understanding customers' experiences, wants and needs, alongside business structures and processes to support businesses to improve their customer offer, become more profitable and grow.
