I oversee the movement of mobile billboards, ad bikes, event props, and promotional materials, ensuring that each activation runs seamlessly from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Campaign Planning & Routing – Developing efficient schedules and routes for billboard trucks, ad bikes, and promotional teams to maximize brand visibility in high-traffic areas. Resource Management – Coordinating drivers, brand ambassadors, and field staff while ensuring vehicles, equipment, and displays are campaign-ready. On-Time Delivery – Managing deadlines and overseeing transportation logistics so campaigns launch on time and stay on track. Communication Hub – Acting as the link between clients, field teams, and internal departments to maintain clear communication and real-time adjustments. Problem Solving – Anticipating and addressing on-site challenges such as traffic, weather, or city restrictions to keep campaigns running smoothly.
