About James Bohn

My expanded skills background covers troubleshooting of aircraft systems and components and the reading and comprehension of mechanical, tool, engineering, and electrical drawings. This also includes extensive field work in foreign countries implementing long distance Wi-Fi and RF systems. Although not in the military at the time, I deployed twice to Saudi Arabia in support of the Air Force’s C-21A program as an A&P mechanic during Desert Shield. Then while employed at Stan Solutions I deployed to Iraq three times in support of ASPO (Army Space Program Office) and a new self-contained mobile network test bed with the Army. While deployed, my duties were to perform vehicle and command center installations, develop training material and conduct classroom instruction for soldiers on the use and operation of the equipment. I’ve also designed and assisted in the design of equipment mounts for use in military vehicles and a solar battery pack system sold to ASPO and used overseas to power off site equipment. I was able to use my background in technical writing for the creation of the user’s manual for the solar battery pack system.
