James has had almost 4 years’ experience working with the area's largest land developer as Sales Manager/Market Advisor and was responsible for Residential and Commercial Land Sales, as well as Condominiums. He applied his skills and knowledge of residential and commercial land development to complete in-depth analysis of land and condominium projects and provided the company with critical direction in terms of market conditions and strategic development.
