About James Bourne

For the last eleven years of my career as a Storyboard Artist, my work ethic and ability to collaborate has been well regarded in every company I’ve boarded for. I am known for getting tasks done on time (if not earlier), for my flexibility, and ability to work on a tight deadline. No project is too big for me to handle. At Blue Sky Studios, I lead a team of three artists in coloring panels for a screening in Ice Age: Continental Drift. Because of my leadership, dilligence and my ability to get my team to exceed the status quo, we completed the project both on time and under budget. Keeping this as a principle throughout my career, I have not only found consistent employment but have also attracted the attention of Academy Award filmmakers William Joyce and Brandon Oldenburg.
