About James Bowen
I joined CGI’s technical graduate scheme as an analyst programmer after graduating from the University of South Wales with an Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) in Computing In 2016. I am currently working on a heavy SQL based project with use of other tools such as Jaspersoft and Tibco. I also do release coordination for the service, managing teams, meeting timelines and communicating with the client. During my time at University, I studied various modules, which contained a high proportion of programming or exposure to software code. I studied and worked with numerous languages such as C, C++, C#, HTML, PHP, CSS, SQL, PL/SQL. With C# being the language selected to develop my final year dissertation; an e-Assessment, Health and Safety Induction System.
