I am an insurance nerd through and through. I started my career in claims as an adjuster which I believe is one of the hardest and most rewarding careers out there in insurance. My passion for claims and hunger to do more led me to a leadership role within claims. After running the leadership gauntlet for 6 years I had a unique opportunity to develop and facilitate training for our claims organization. Over time I was able to eventually lead our L&D team where I oversaw the development of 3 learning academies, summer intern program, annual compliance training, and Day of Learning. With a desire to continue to grow my career, I recently transitioned back to a Claims manager role overseeing both Auto and Work Comp staff at Frankenmuth Insurance.
