My career has benefited from a broad range of experience across the airline industry in both operational and commercial business units with roles in airport ground operations, Revenue (Yield) Management, Crew resource planning and pricing. These include- Six years in Resource planning, learning and developing creative solutions to rostering and training challenges for both air and ground crew- Six years managing several key Revenue portfolios across Leisure and corporate segments of the Australian domestic network, including a one year secondment to New Zealand working directly with a key airline partner to solidify a sanctioned airline alliance and establish market synergies- Six years of Airport management experience across a wide range of Australian airports working with key stakeholders in Engineering, Catering and Ground Handling to promote on time performance, safety and product for both RPT and charter operations.
