My broad knowledge and first-hand experience of many software tools provide a solid base to help organisations reach their goals. These tools include CRM systems and the integrations thereof in complex ERP landscapes, collaboration with Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint and finally PowerBI for reporting and insights. I am driven by the desire to continually make a difference by way of improving an organisations processes through optimisation and putting the right tools in place. My speciality lies within B2B Sales and marketing where I have years of first-hand experience building relationships with and selling to local and international organisations. I pride myself in understanding pitfalls and seeking improvements that benefit all levels of an organisation.
