As a highly skilled and experienced manager with over 17 years of experience, I take great pride in my work and excel at team building. My enthusiasm for Lean principles and tools has enabled me to successfully implement continuous improvement cultures in several organizations. I have experience managing production schedules, overseeing daily operations, and leading various projects from start to finish. My ability to create a friendly working atmosphere under pressure and negotiate with clients has enabled me to obtain the best materials and prices for my team. Throughout my career, I have honed my customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines. I possess a variety of qualifications and training, including an ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management, CNC Programming and Operating, and a Lean Academy Training. I also hold a full UK driving license, a Gold Skilled Worker CSCS Card, and a full Counter Balance Forklift License. Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family and enjoy the occasional round of golf.
