I have worked as a technician, managed a workshop and I am working for Windsor motor group in Aftersales since 2007 my current role is as the Aftercare Supervisor On a daily basis I am dealing with all customer issues in the best manner possible to ensure customer satisfaction therefore retaining business and increasing profit for the company I am a senior staff member and work closely coaching and motivating the team to reach targets and deadlines daily while managing a busy workload and avoiding all potential issue’s. I am a hard worker and have adapted to the challenging times and retained customers through hard work and good customer service I am constantly learning /training and I have an appetite to develop at every opportunity. I am always eager to further my career in the motor industry
