As the N71 ACE/COE Coordinator at US Naval Education & Training, I leverage my 20+ years of experience in training, curriculum development, instructional system design, and virtual training classroom facilitation to enhance the quality and effectiveness of naval education and training programs. I hold a Master of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. I am currently enrolled in my Doctorate in Education with a projected graduation in 2026. With multiple Department of Labor certifications in computer programming, electronics testing, and electronics mechanics. My areas of expertise include operations management, logistics management, maintenance management, personnel management, client relations, and general management. I have a proven track record of leading and collaborating with diverse teams, implementing innovative solutions, and delivering exceptional results. I am passionate about helping others learn and grow, and I bring a strategic, relational, activator, achiever, and communicative approach to my work. I am an outgoing, friendly, and exuberant lover of life, people, and material comforts, who adapts readily to new people and environments, and learns best by trying new skills with others.
