As a Facility Administrator with over a decade of healthcare operations experience, I have successfully led high-volume dialysis clinics, managed complex staffing models, and driven continuous improvement initiatives in regulated environments. My leadership journey includes clinical expertise, administrative coordination, and strategic planning, culminating in my current role where I oversee a multidisciplinary team and deliver over 430 treatments weekly. I currently serve as Finance Champion for our region, supporting budget planning, KPI tracking, and supply chain optimization. Through this experience and my MBA studies at California Baptist University (expected Fall 2025), I’ve discovered a passion for operational finance and long-term strategy. I’m now actively exploring opportunities to apply this dual lens of financial discipline and frontline operations in analyst, finance, or business operations roles where I can make a meaningful, data-driven impact.
