My Career develops around a keen interest in the hospitality industry and I am always looking for more ways to educate myself and develop my career with new opportunities within the industry. My Current position leading and managing a large team of employees in different departments of the hotel and providing guests with the best possible intangible experience, therefore boosting our business and the hospitality sector alike. I lead a well driven, functional team with my colleagues and strive for guest satisfaction while also aiming to maximize profit within the business. I have established new methods, especially in the bar areas and have a keen interest in the day to day costing in the operational side of the hotel such as advertising, operational costs, etc.
