My career has been a journey from the front lines of customer service to the forefront of AI product development, with one common thread: a fascination for using data to solve hard business problems. It started in a PE-backed financial services firm, where a mentorship opportunity pulled me from operations into the world of business intelligence. Building those first Tableau dashboards, I discovered a passion for finding the story in the data and using it to drive real-world change - streamlining processes, cutting costs, and making a tangible impact on the bottom line. I've spent the years since applying and scaling that core skill set in nearly every environment imaginable. I've built analytics functions from scratch, led 160+ person global teams through complex integrations, consulted for a variety of industries, and driven the commercial strategy for a multi-million dollar data platform in a high-growth environment. This journey has given me a unique perspective. I am a product leader who has lived in the shoes of the operations, service, and strategy teams that my products serve. That deep background in data and business fundamentals has been the perfect foundation for my most recent role: building a sophisticated AI-native platform from the ground up. My experience allows me to bridge the critical gap between engineering, data science, and the commercial GTM strategy. Ultimately, I believe the best products are built by leaders who are obsessed with the business first.
